Meet Julia
I am dually licensed in mental health and addiction counseling. With experience working with adolescents and adults on their personal healing journey, I am excited to join you wherever you are in this process.
Outside of the therapy office, you can find me spending time with my family, soaking up the sun (at least the few months a year when we get to experience it in the Midwest), crafting or curled up reading a book.
Research has found that the therapeutic relationship can be the largest force of change in the therapy process. I believe that showing up as my authentic self in the therapy room, allows clients to feel comfortable being open and vulnerable across from me.
